Your rights under the DPDP Act

• Right to access. Request a summary of personal data we hold about you and the operations we've performed on it.
• Right to correction and erasure. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or erase data we no longer need.
• Right to nominate. Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your incapacity or death.
• Right to grievance redressal. Raise a grievance with our DPO (below). If unresolved, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
• Right to withdraw consent. Withdraw your consent at any time, with the consequence (such as not receiving certain communications) explained at the time you withdraw.

Children's data

We do not knowingly process the personal data of children (under 18). The site is not directed at children. If you believe a child's data has been submitted, email us and we will erase it.

Cross-border transfers

Hosting is in Mumbai, India (AWS Lightsail). When you opt in to analytics, data may transit through Google's infrastructure outside India under Google's standard contractual safeguards.
