1. Who we are

CODEZYAI Private Limited (“CODEZYAI”, “we”, “our”) is a software product studio incorporated in India (CIN U62010KL2026PTC099918) with its registered office at Kottakkal, Malappuram, Kerala 676503. Contact: codezy.ai@codezyai.com.

2. What we collect

  • Form submissions. Name, email, and message you send via the contact form.
  • Server logs. IP (one-way hashed for audit), user-agent, referrer.
  • Consent state. Your cookie choice and a salted hash of your IP, so we can prove what you chose.
  • Analytics & marketing. Only if you opt in via the consent banner. We use Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager with Consent Mode v2; analytics_storage and ad_storage default to “denied” until you accept.
  • Web Vitals. Anonymous Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP, FCP, TTFB) for performance debugging.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, run the site reliably, and improve performance. We do not sell personal data. We do not profile or auto-decide. Marketing cookies fire only after you opt in.

4. Retention

Form submissions: 24 months. Server access logs: 30 days. Consent audit logs: 24 months. Web Vitals: 90 days, then aggregated.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and GDPR (where applicable), you can request access, correction, erasure, portability, and withdraw consent at any time. 6. Sub-processors

Email is delivered via Google Workspace (Gmail SMTP). Hosting and SSL terminate on AWS Lightsail (Mumbai region). Analytics, when consented, runs on Google Analytics. We list any future sub-processors here before they go live.

8. Changes

We will post material changes here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
