1. Scope

These terms govern your use of https://codezyai.com (“the Site”) and any informational service we make available here. Commercial work that we deliver under a separate engagement contract is governed by that contract, which prevails over these terms.

2. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, scrape disproportionately, attempt to compromise the Site, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to block or rate-limit any abusive traffic.

3. Intellectual property

All content, branding, copy, layout, and code on the Site is owned by CODEZYAI Private Limited unless otherwise attributed. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and link-back; you may not republish whole pages without our permission.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of every figure quoted (case studies use real metrics from real engagements but stacks and partner identities are anonymised), or fitness for any specific purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CODEZYAI is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our maximum aggregate liability arising from the Site (separate from any service contract) is INR 10,000.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Malappuram, Kerala.
