We took over a stalled telemedicine platform mid-rollout. The video pipeline was dropping consults under load; the prescription handoff was eight clicks across three screens. We rebuilt the WebRTC layer with a regional TURN server, collapsed the prescription flow into a single guided step, and shipped weekly through a slow rollout to 100k+ MAU across two states. Consult-to-prescription dropped from 14 minutes to 6, and call-drop rate dropped 80%.
